Absolutely great part and solid service! Not only that they sold me a fantastic Mercedes engine with honestly advertised miles, but also the way it was pulled and crated is truly praiseworthy. It is hard to find good people like these guys in salvage business.

Me: im looking for a GM engine that comes in various models so i can tear down and rebuild with forged internals. I'm looking for several engine.(I never said core, or block)Guy: I don't have any.Me: How would you know what you have if i never told what it is..I was willing to spend $800-$1,250 cash today.Poor service guy...

Brought me the wrong part. Then wanted to exchange it and they were VERY rude and then I just wanted a refund. Gary said he would take it back and refund me and said to not call them for anymore parts! The delivery driver is very polite to good for that place maybe he should be the one to run things! I send customers there daily but definitely will not anymore horrible management. What a joke. I'm just glad I was able to get a refund. If they ever get different staff I wouldn't mind using them.

The guys in the office were polite and nice. I went in the back where the vehicle like mine found the part snippet the wires and was done don't take long. Took longer to walk to the junk car and back then I was there.l

Transmission went out during warranty period, was promise a replacement over three weeks ago. Talk with Rep and was told they were looking in to it and that they would call us back. Never received a call back. They were always waiting for someone to come in to see what going on with replacement. We were promise by management that a replacement would be sent out, never received it. Don't like doing negative reviews, now I have a negative review from customer too, who needs his car fixed.

Seamed helpful over the phone but I asked for a measuring tape when I got there to make sure the parts I was picking up would fit and they refused I won't ever use them again

These guys are great! I live an hour out. Called them to make sure they had what I was after, and they had it pulled and ready to go before i got there. So much more efficient than a lot of their competition!

I got my part, but I had to pay before they would pull it. That's not a problem but I paid and they quoted me 1 hour and due to the fact that they didn't communicate with each other I had to wait 3 hours for them to spend 20 minutes or so taking the part off. Thankfully they had it ready when I got there.

Highly recommended! I was looking for an OEM spoiler and floor mats for my car. These guys were friendly, had exactly what I needed, and sold them to me for a great price! Would love to do business with them again in the future.

Picked up a transmission from them and it ran great! Had it pulled the same day 3 hours after I paid for it. Will use again for sure!
