Got in a hurry and went to the closest recycling... Didn't check current prices. I thought the total was a little light for 60lbs. checked other buyers 5 miles south. They were more than double what I got paid.So it just let me know that they thought they had a dumb woman and decided to pay me less. They didn't know.I've been dealing with scrap metal for fifty years and should have known to check em. Now I know go somewhere else. Just got in a hurry today... not worth arguing with them

It’s hit and miss depending on who is on the small scales. You don’t get to see the weight. There are 2 girls that work scales one sometimes works in office. They burn me every time. Brought stainless and they checked it as tin. Have taken hundreds of pounds of mud and high grade circuit boards rarely got more that 10 cents a pound. They took mother boards and graphics cards at low grade. Had the guy that runs the place give me dirty motor price for clean electric motors. They have some really good people on staff, unfortunately a handful of people that are not good ruined the experience. No one like to be treated like they are in the wrong especially when they have done nothing to deserve that treatment. Getting condescending looks from the girl on the scale while the other argues with me about what I have the tells me to take it back because she doesn’t know what it is. Lost about $20 taking to them last time. When you go there weekly sometimes driving an hour to get there it adds up. It’s my only income.

BEWARE THEY DO NOT LET YOU SEE THE SCALE,, you have to take there word, so if you have 10lbs of copper they could be giving you 5lbs worth? The scale towards the back, owner and about five guys all around scale, they seemed confused on what to do? So therefore did I get a fair price? Go else where guys if possible… SHOW US THE SCALE BE TRANSPARENT!!!!

This use to be the best place but now that they got new employees it seems like the younger crew has been cheating every one on their scrap. I don't recommend going there unless you absolutely have to

Overall probably the best metal recycling place in the area. Small scales are a problem sometimes, y'all need to show everyone what they got and what they're getting. But overall a good place.

Went here based on reading reviews. The reviews here are far better and I see why. Was my first time, didn't know what to do upon arrival. Staff was super friendly and very helpful in explaining the process. Worth the drive passing by the other place along the way.

The guys and girls there are really friendly and helpful, and we were in, out, and paid in less than half an hour. FYI- you should have everything separated before you go (copper, aluminum, brass, etc) for fastest service

Went there for the first time this morning to sell some cans and was very happy with the employees. They were incredibly nice and pleasant! I've never sold cans before and they were really informative and helpful. I gathered more cans and headed back and they were still pleasant and remembered me.

Went there Saturday for Earth day and brought scrap aluminum cans plus 9lbs. of number 1 copper and there scale only weighed at 6lbs. Got screwed out of 1/3rd of all items on there scales. Bunch of crooks. Will never return to this business!!!!.

At first glance, when you enter the property you can't help but wonder if you made a mistake. Don't let first appearances get you discouraged. This is a well oiled machine. The location is easily accessible and away from the busy city traffic. They are quick, friendly, fair, and very professional. I would recommend this place anyone.

Horrible, I called before I drove an hour to go there, to see how much they would buy my cats for, and they wouldn’t give me the price, because if he would have told me $20 each I wouldn’t have went, since I had, $700 in cats, they are just some crooks!

Customer service was great all around, very friendly staff. The only problem I had was my own fault for not stripping the 30lbs of extension cords I scrapped, now I know. I will definitely be back.

I had many things that had metal in them and needed to recycle them. Frailey's was the only one I could find that was open on Saturdays. When I got there, I found a good streamlined operation. They did me well.
