I recently called Integrity Towing and spoke with Darin. I was feeling incredibly frustrated about my situation, and even though he couldn’t personally tow my vehicle that day, he took the time to truly listen and help me anyway. Darin went above and beyond by calling around to find someone else who could assist me, and he didn’t have to do that. His kindness and willingness to help when he had nothing to gain really meant a lot to me. He found someone just as kind and professional to take care of my issue, and I couldn’t be more grateful. In a world where most people would’ve simply said “sorry, can’t help” and moved on, Darin showed compassion and integrity — true to the company’s name. These guys are fantastic if I could give them more stars I would. I was stranded with my 2 year old at 10pm because of a flat tire. My roadside assistance from my insurance couldn’t figure out how to get me a service so I called Integrity Towing and explained the situation. They were there within minutes and changed my tire so quickly that even my toddler didn’t throw a fit. I would use them again if I ever need any assistance. Highly recommended.
