I didn't actually get to work with Integrity Towing in the end for my tow request but I had to leave a review just for the excellent communication. I called and my call went to voicemail but in their voicemail message, they gave an option to text. I started to text but got a call back in the middle of my message. The owner was very kind in trying to accomodate my schedule and need to get my vehicle all the way to Ewa from Aiea. In the end, my insurance ended up covering part of the cost of my tow through their service so I didn't end up using Integrity. However just based on their timely response and how easy they were to communicate with and how helpful, I would definitely turn to them first if I needed a tow company in the future!

I recently called Integrity Towing and spoke with Darin. I was feeling incredibly frustrated about my situation, and even though he couldn’t personally tow my vehicle that day, he took the time to truly listen and help me anyway. Darin went above and beyond by calling around to find someone else who could assist me, and he didn’t have to do that.<br><br>His kindness and willingness to help when he had nothing to gain really meant a lot to me. He found someone just as kind and professional to take care of my issue, and I couldn’t be more grateful.<br><br>In a world where most people would’ve simply said “sorry, can’t help” and moved on, Darin showed compassion and integrity — true to the company’s name. These guys are fantastic if I could give them more stars I would. I was stranded with my 2 year old at 10pm because of a flat tire. My roadside assistance from my insurance couldn’t figure out how to get me a service so I called Integrity Towing and explained the situation. They were there within minutes and changed my tire so quickly that even my toddler didn’t throw a fit. I would use them again if I ever need any assistance. Highly recommended.
