Atmosphere is pleasant. Although I'm still having problems with my car they are not hesitant to service me still. I recommend anyone to come to auto type to get their car repair work. Thank you guys for being the repairman that you are because your business will continue to go a long ways.

If you want your car back in a timely manner I suggest going somewhere else. Not helpful at all. Every time you call, the boss is too busy and he never returns phone calls and this has happened on multiple occasions. Very frustrating experience with this place.

I had my car towed into their shop for a diagnostic. I later received a phone call letting me know what the problem was (wires and) and what the price would be to repair. The next day I received another phone call with them letting me know that the repairs had been made (without my permission) and that my car was ready to be picked up. At this point I’m very upset because their job was to tell me what was wrong with the car and LET ME DECIDE IF I WANT THEM TO FIX IT! I was going to have someone else do the repairs for half the price. So basically I paid almost $600 for the tow and a tune-up BUT THERE’S MORE!!! After I pay them all of that money I get in my car to drive it home (or so I thought) and the car cut off on me while I was driving, I couldn’t even make it home. I had to call them again to come tow it. They towed it and I haven’t heard anything else from them. Not 1 single phone call, voicemail or nothing. This was over a month agoUpdate: I’m writing this review because I just got off the phone with them and was placed on hold for so long until someone hung up. After my previous review I ended up calling them and was told that my car was ready to be picked up. I arrived there only for them to tell me that it was not ready and that it was still in the shop. I haven’t been able to talk to anybody I’m starting to think they’re avoiding me. Even on here everybody else gets a response but me. I JUST WANNA KNOW WHAT’S GOING ON WITH MY CAR!!!! Here it is going on 4 months and they still have my car!!! At this point just give me my money back and tell me you can’t fix it!!! DO YOU ALL STILL HAVE MY CAR???.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

They've had my Car since Wednesday.. Supplied my own Water pump and They still Haven't touched my Car.. (Currently Monday eve).. Horrible Service , Everytime i Call i Have to Give them my Name.. The Communication must be Off between them. Will never Ever bring my Car here again.. EVER..!!!

They got me in 1st thing and welded up my exhaust. Good work, I'm happy with their service!!!

BEST CARS IN THE AREA! I GOT MY 2006 INFINITY G35 FROM HERE AND IT STILL RUNNING LIKE A CHAMP AND PAID IT OFF IN LESS THAN A YEAR! THE OWNER WILL WORK WITH YOU AND HE IS JUST TOO NICE! WILL COME HERE FOR ALL MY PARTS AND CAR NEEDS.

You would be surprised, but this repair shop in Cahokia does outstanding work on my Mercedes and Audis at a third of the cost what the new car dealers charge. Great work at a great price!
