Went in Friday, Dec. 19th 2025 to purchase a door glass for a car that I’m rebuilding. I always go online and look up all parts that I need on carpart.com to compare prices and to find the best price. So before I went to the business, I looked online and the door glass for the sonata that I’m rebuilding was priced at $75 on carpart.com but when I went in and I dealt with the owner, Charlie, he quoted me $100 plus tax. I told him that you have it online for $75 in which all of the salvage auto parts business make their own prices and they are the ones that put them online for sale along with their prices. So he said”that he does know what I’m looking at, but the window is $100. Then he said come around her and look at my computer to see the price in which i did and yes on the computer it did say $100 for the part with the same stock number as the one I had on the list price for b auto parts. I showed him the car part. App which is the same one that he was going off, but mines say, $75 with the same stock number as he had on the computer. He said once again that he doesn’t know what I’m looking at and it clearly was the app that he or one of his workers put there parts on there for sale. He wouldn’t honor the price so I left unsatisfied with his business because for one, every auto parts yard utilize the service and they are in control of their prices on the app. And the man wouldn’t honor what it said on there. I’ve always did business with them and loved their business, but after this…I will not patronize a lying business owner

Showed a picture of a tire and rim and it was for a jack. When I asked to have someone from customer service contact me the rep said we have no one to contact you? At this point waiting for a reply, I will change my reply if they really care about customer service!

Never buy a engine from this place go else where you never see the engine being delivered to the shop so you don't know what your getting policy.
