WORST EXPENRIENCE EVER!!!!!! bought a part literally same day and advised that they wouldnt be able to return the part because it was new part. But if it was a used part than they would take it back.!!!!!!NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM YOU'LL REGRET IT!!!!!!!

answered right away, pretty punctual on arrival, and I got a better price for my hunk of junk than other places in mke. the man who came out was an expert at towing, I could tell he's gotten some cars out of some tight spaces

They do great work in a timely fashion and very reasonable with pricing...I recommend them for all your car needs

After purchasing a window for my envoy from another salvage yard (they sold me the wrong size and wouldn't exchange it). I then stopped in at American Auto Salvage and he new exactly what I needed without even looking it up. Not only did the window fit, but they offered to buy the window I purchased from the other company. So 5 stars for American Auto Salvage. Thank you and I will be doing all my business with you guys.

I apologize, I do not know where this rating came from. I've never had any issues with this establishment. I actually salished a car there. It was a smooth transaction with no issues. The customer service was A1.

The guy was awesome, hooked me up with a refurbished battery for my car. It was just like brand new and cheap.

First buying parts here it was affordable and they really quick plus they will do some services for you so that's great

Mark answered the phone and when I started to say what I needed and then out of nowhere he just said “no”. nothing else. I then asked your not going to look it up and he just said, “no, not on yard.” Very unprofessional.
