I sold my wrecked car to carbrain.com(yes,someone will buy a total wreck) and this is where they sent me. Brought it here. The 2 girls at the desk were friendly. When i asked for a tool to remove my plates one of the guys said they don't have any but gave me one anyway. When i struggled removing it one of the ladies offered to help and showed she had experience doing it, so I'm not embarrassed for the help. Gave them the title, paid me cash in hundreds. Happy to have cash, sad to say goodbye to my car which would be two years shy of 20 years with me and never gave me a single problem...i regret it now but that's another story.

John picked up an impala i had to get rid of today...all i can say is that i wish there were more workers like him, well done ...the girl on the phone was kind... overall i would definitely use them again .

I've called this place a few times and they've taken my phone number and I've never once gotten a call back. If they didn't have what they had or didn't want to serve me they should have just told me. This was especially the case for waiting for replies for tire sizes in stock.

I don’t recommend no body buy used parts at this locationThey sold me car computer and I told the guy the part number and he give wrong computerAnd say that is the same parts will fitMy mechanic could not connect the computerBecause is wrongWhen I get back to junkyard they told me is not there problem and not giving money backManager there talk very bad to customer there is no respect at allPlease not buy at this locationThere is so many junkyard nearThose guys is unprofessionalIf there is option to give 0 stars will better ,,,,,,,Bad business locationBad business location
