I Have Been Going There As A Kid For My Dad and As An Adult For Myself Since 1978..... I Have Never Ever Had A Problem With the Store Or Anyone working there....Never A Bad Word....!! They took 2 weeks to process an order, told us that the order was declined because of lack of funds when there was money in the account set aside specifically for the part and the exact amount was there. We spent over 3 hours on customer service and they said they couldn’t do their jobs right because of lack of manpower. They hung up on us, refused to give us to the manager and for 3 days declined to give us the cancellation confirmation
