The only tow company in town that answered the phone at 8pm when our full size truck broke down on the side of I40. Driver dispatched before payment from our insurance was even complete. Took our truck to a tire shop and let us get stuff out then took us to a hotel for the night.

If I could give them a zero, I would. My Husband and I was in a terrible car accident mid-March. I had $980 dollars in my glove compartment and they stole 100 dollars from me. I had it in a bank envelope and it had a receipt that I withdrew 800 dollars. (We went to the casino the night before my accident and put my winning back into the envelope.) He handed the officer that envelope and told them how much was in it. Why did he open it in the first place? They are suppose to just hand it over. Not only did they steal from me, they are the rudest people I have ever talked to and met. My crash happened on a Sunday and they bitched and moaned they had to go up there twice, on their day off. Once for the officer to get my suitcase for me and once for me to see if I could get the rest of my belongings and take pictures for myself. Thank god I did cause my checkbook was in there, they probably would have written themselves some checks and cashed it.
