Joe and his staff are class act and very professional people. I have had two of my babies (Escalade and Corvette) transmissions worked on by Joe. Those are two difficult tyranny's to mess with and both have been a success. A Cadillac and Chevy dealership would have costed me big time money! Joe was very reasonable with his cost. Thank you Joe!!

I was told by the local transmission shop that my vehicle needed the transmission replaced. The transmission shop quoted me somewhere between $1,800 and $2,500 just for the replacement, not including labor! I could not afford that so I needed to locate a good, used transmission that was also affordable. Southwest Auto Recyclers were able to provide me one at GREAT value for only $650. Their mechanic, Mark, even checked out my car first to give me a second opinion and make sure that I even needed it replaced. The manager, Joe, was super professional and very helpful. He made sure to run my VIN number against the replacement to make sure that it would fit for my specific vehicle. He was very transparent about everything and gave me the full run-down on where the donor vehicle came from and why it was brought to the shop in the first place. He also informed me of all the different tests they had run on the vehicle and about the condition of the transmission and other parts. While the mechanic, Mark, will begin the transmission replacement tomorrow, and I haven’t yet received the finished service, I am quite confident that I am in good hands. Joe offers a 90-day warranty on all parts, and that made me feel that he really stands behind his products. I look forward to the finished product and I would DEFINITELY recommend this salvage/recycling yard to anyone looking for affordable, yet quality parts, and excellent customer service.

DO NOT ! DO NOT !! HESITATE TO GET YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED BY THIS TEAM. I TOOK MY 98 DODGE FOR TRANSMISSION PROBLEMS CRACKED TCASE AND TRANSMISSION REBUILD .THEY GOT ME FIXED UP ALL NEW REBUILD AND TCASE AND HAD THEM DO A FULL TUNE AS WELL AND TRUCK IS RUNNING MINT. THEY WILL BE MY NEW AUTO SHOP TO TAKE MY TRUCK TO. JOE WORKED WITH ME TO GET ME A GREAT DEAL AND GAVE ME PLENTY OF OPTIONS TO GO WITH.. THANKS JOE AND TEAM APPRECIATE YOU GUYS GETTING MY GIRL BACK UP IN TIME FOR FISHING AND CAMPING..
