I call to see if they had a part b4 I drove 2hrs I recalled to make sure it was available & off the car ready for pick up I was told yes just for to drive the 2hrs plus I waited 25min just for them to tell me that they can’t find it & it will take a extra hour to get off the next 1 just bad customer service

Thank you Mike for your diligence and kind service to help a woman who lost a fight with a garage ceiling at her dentist office. (When I say low clearing loooow clearing). I broke the satellite fin on my truck. I called the dealership only to get a price tag of $434.00. I called a few other autoparts places and was referred to Seymour’s. I spoke with Mike and he was the best. He found the piece almost immediately. (See pics below). He made sure I was taken care of when I arrived. Customer service is a hard quality and character to find. Mike has that quality, knowledge and care. If you go out there ask for Mike. It was worth the hour plus drive.
