I left a message looking for a part as well as emailed asking less than a week apart and never was contacted back. I have purchased many parts years back for the same car so I figured I would call again and see if i could get someone to answer before moving on. Well they did and notified me that the part I needed was obsolete and good luck. I cant help but to think since they had nothing to sell me they never called me or emailed me back. It seems this business is not as good as I was use to years before. I did find my part on ebay and purchased it 10 minutes later..

Dude tried to upsell me on something I did not need. He padded his sales pitch with a lie. He told me there is a special machine needed to install my thermostat. They absolutely carry awesome parts & decent pricing. Just don't go without some knowledge of your part.

Excellent customer service!I have dealt with CW on many occasions and their prices are not only competitive, but follow up is great! I had an issue with a delivery being lost in transit and they were on top of the situation, even sent a replacement ASAP.I have recommended them to other friends coast-to-coast and their dealings have been as pleasant as mine.

Knowledgeable customer service and competitive pricing. I was actually referred to Coventry by my dealership. I needed an electrical connector for my headlights on my Jaguar, but the dealer said that Jaguar didn't sell the connector separately and that it only came as part of a big harness that was just way too expensive, so they gave me Coventry West's number. The connector was a little more expensive than I expected, but I guess it makes sense because of how expensive the whole thing was. I got the part shipped to me in 2 days and the headlights work fine now

It's been over a month and a half for an RMA to be processed. Bounces responsibility from person on call to "people that need to know" during each call and ensures it will be taken care of soon. Three weeks of calling has resulted in the same.

Very knowledgeable people helped me out a bunch and even educated me on my own car LOL. If you have a Land Rover or Jaguar they are the people to go to they sell new and used parts and they know what they're doing. Fast and friendly service

The customer service was terrible. It took 3 phone calls for a price quote, then the price went up $50 when I got there. I recommend Jaguar Heaven in California.
