Been coming here several years and always enjoy it. Sometimes come just to walk the yard and find something I didn't know I needed! The fact that they have vehicles, miscellaneous steel such as angle iron, pipe and I beams as well as a selection of lawn mower and small engine parts all in one yard is really awesome. They often get a lot of older vehicles, trailers, tractor implements and medium duty trucks in too that you don't see at other yards. Some things they have an established price list for, others they sell by weight. They usually write the weight on things so you can have a rough idea what it will cost ahead of time. This is a DIY yard, bring your own tools, you pull, you pay. If you have questions about pricing or returns it's best to ask ahead of time before you make any effort to pull something. Not rocket science. The staff has always been courteous and helpful in my experiences. They have large concrete blocks that they will move a vehicle onto if you're pulling something major such as a transmission or rearend. They will also come with a loader or skid steer and carry heavy items to the front if you request.

Came in to get parts For my tahoe paid over two hundred and ninety eight dollars for a third row And heat panel controls the window controls in a console. I got Vincent but it was $90. The parts for the Tahoe did not work, so we took them back. Paid well over a 190 for the parts. They only gave me $63 back credit. Like I'd want to spend any more money there They overcharged me for parts. They charged me for every single little piece but only wanted to They charged me for every little piece and only gave me a 3rd of my money back and only as credit I guess when you pay for it. They charge you for each piece But when you want to take it back for a refund they only give u what they wanna give u i guess. Will not go back!!!!

Worst customer service I've ever received. After unloading our metal. We go to the office to get the money. The lady behind the counter just looks at me with her hand out. ( I've never been to a scrap yard before so didn't really know how it worked) I ask " what do you need?" (There isn't any sign to tell you what you need to do) she said "umm i need your id" okay. Hand her my id she grabs it from me roughly then slams it down on the counter. She doesn't say anything hands me a paper, still doesn't say anything they slams the check on the counter. That all was so uncalled for and I'll definitely not go back there. People should avoid this yard if they don't want to deal with rude workers.

Best prices friendly service very friendly staff enjoyed my visit each time I go because the lady at the front desk are very pleasant

This place is a joke. They have no idea what they have. They want to charge more for parts than what they cost new and you have to help them spell part names to look them up to even give you a price.

I've lived 5 minutes from here my whole life. Been here more times than I can possibly count. Everyone has always been friendly and kind. Never had any bad customer service. The only bad thing I've discovered is sometimes they don't have the part I need lol and that's to be expected when it's the only pull a part around. Love this place. Will be going today actually to check for parts.

Never in 65 years has anyone spoken to me like a loud mouthed curly permed female did. So disrespectful for anyone much less a customer. The first few times were great but it only takes one bad person to poison the whole operation. Never going again and telling all my business partners the same. Your loss not mine. She needs another job so she can be so ugly to people. She cost Dale this time! BTW sold my merchandise got .10 a lb. not 9.

They were very nice. Moving my sister down south. Junked her van. They quoted her 248.00 over the phone. But never mentioned towing fee. She could have used her insurance to get it there. Instead they deducted $80.00 for a towing fee. The girls were very nice though.

I had a couple of cars that needed to be removed from my property. One phone call and they were both gone. All I had to do was stop by and sign paperwork and pick up the check. The young lady behind the counter was very nice and professional. So glad I saw them at the big red apple festival.

If they have what you need, you’re welcome to go down into the yard and take the part off yourself. Prices are very reasonable. I enjoy walking around and seeing what I can find from time to time, even if I don’t need anything specific

People are very nice. It's not real big so it's cleaner than most. They pay a few cents less for aluminum cans than other places and you need to separate drink cans from other cans because drink cans pay a little more than the other cans so if their mixed you receive the lesser amount. But I will come back

Best (and only) pull-a-part around here.
- LLuis Páramo
Once you buy an item you cannot get a refund....only have 1 week to exchange part but if there's not another part then your out of luck....not a whole lot of cars too choose from....I bought a brake booster for 2000 Honda accord well it was no good. And could not exchange it plus there was no other Honda accords with the part I needed.....I strongly do not recommend buying parts from dales....

My first visit to Dale recycling and it's on the smaller side compared to most salvage yards I go to but it's also the nicest I've been to . They have a nice selection of vehicles, lawnmowers, some motorcycles/atv's , steel , trailers , etc
- ddalt dalt

Really glad to have this available. The man that was using that claw like thing to unload, was awesome, never seen that done. Pretty cool. Great job 👏
- AAdam
Best recycling place around, lot better to deal with than advance/Almac, they pay better, and their checks are always good. Lot more professional place than advance or bobbys has ever been.
- KKimberly Nicole Wade
They are nice. You go pull parts for your car. Then you can sell your metal. Great place.
- LLinda Martin
Was told over the phone that they had the car went there and the 80° weather walked around and walked around and there was not one there wasted a lot of time
