Was looking for a motor for my truck. Happened to come across one today and was gonna go ahead and pay for it and come back. The woman that I've never dealt with before said I couldn't do that Said they was a first come first serve place. I was there first .but she wouldn't let me pay for the motor I've been a customer with adele's recycling for years now and still gonna be a customer but I will never deal with that lady again

May as well say closed at 4:30 than 4:45 got there an it turned 4:45 after getting there they say closed it 4:45 after driving an hour away! An told him this he didn't care!! It's fine will take our business elsewhere!

The operator in excavator is the rudest individual. No customer appreciation and if my young son wasn't with me I would have had more than words with him. And charging 4lbs deduction for plastic bucket on scrap is wrong and stealing from customers.
