The automatic 6-speed (rare) transmission in our 2008 Saab 9-3 Aero failed. The team at Discount Auto Parts was able to source a very hard to find lightly used transmission and work with us through multiple other technical issues which were discovered through the process. (One of those issues being a burnt connector which was also very difficult to find). Communication throughout the process was top notch and the cost was very reasonable. They met every expectation as they completed the swap and got everything reassembled. The Saab is back on the road now - running and shifting smoothly for the past month. Thank you!!

Excellent service. Our SUV engine self-destructed (Ford Cyclone engine plastic water pump) and I sought a shop that could reliably replace the engine with a good low-mileage one. They did a great job, good communication. We had several parts issues that had to be dealt with (ancillary parts on used engine), every time they communicated with me to check if extra cost was OK. End result was very satisfactory, new engine runs like a champ. Glad to recommend to friend or relative.

Dropped off car for transmission replacement pickup it up like this after having my vehicle towed by a company that the owner says they use on the regular. Now there is no way to get up with the tow company that they used for my vehicle which they also use on the regular. No one is accepting responsibly or accountably for the damages there is no real show of concern on the damages that I will have to get repaired out of my pocket
