Had a difficult time finding a certain part for my car and they had it at the best price! Hands down the best customer service, friendly and helpful. Brittany knew I was traveling a long distance so she made sure the part needed was in tip top shape! Brittany is the best!

They lied and said I would get a refund for a damaged Hood that was advertised as undamaged. They never issued a refund and their products falsely advertised and the used products and not as in good condition or clean as other Used parts place. I hope this is helpful and absolutely do not get anything shipped from them

I called the day before before a long trip for a spare tire. The lady that helped me answered phone ten minutes before opening!! She was extremely curtious but said she couldn't get the tire until the next day. I told her my situation about leaving the next day. She said " let me make some calls". Not only did she get my tire from Milwaukee it was there exactly when I said I would be coming through town. That saved my a 40 minute trip back to town. 8:20a.m call......2:45 p.m. tire!! Now that's quality customer service and a fair price to boot!!! If your wondering we never needed the spare! Thanks again for a great experience and peace of mind!!!

I needed a cooling fan for my Audi and looked online and saw that Don's had one. I needed the fan pretty urgently but only had a small window in which I had time to pick it up as I had to be at work. I called Don's and explained my situation. They said they had one on a vehicle in their yard but they would send someone out immediately to remove it and call me back when it was ready for pick up. I received a call back within 10 minutes saying it was ready. When I got there they had the part waiting for me and I was able to get in and out quick enough that I wasn't late for work. Excellent service.

Don't buy engines from this place they think 30 to 35 PSI lower compression then stock on an engine is okay 5 to 10 psi would make sense but anything lower than that means the engine needs rebuilt they wouldn't even give a discount on the motor
