    Wide variety of new & older auto parts. They work directly with consumer, repair facilities, extended warranties, & insurance companies. As with buying used, proceed with caution. They do honor their warranties when parts are bad.

    I called asked if they had a piece I needed for my jeep guy said yes so iij take the hour and 20 minute ride. I get there the guy says they don't have the piece I need but they can have it there on Wednesday for $279.09 what kind ogbbullshot is that first and last time I will use them.. (I forgot to tell you the price for the original one was $42 and change) BIG LET DOWN AND 20 BUCKS WASTED IN GAS!!!

    This has been one of the WORST companies I’ve ever dealt with. First, the actual salvage yard in Pennsylvania broke the windshield that was pre-paid and the rep at the yard was rude. I inquired about a replacement that was there and they admitted they would get more money for the entire back door and not just in pieces. Still waiting for my refund and it’s been THREE DAYS!!! If you need parts, go to NY and not this HORRIBLE place!

    I ordered a used part for a car that I sold prior to putting the part on. When I went to return the part it turned out that I was past the 30 day return period. I didn't even have to ask though, they returned the part for me no questions asked!

    Ordered a remanufactured transmission, and they forgot to send a new radiator with it, get that figured out, and the transmission has issue, my mechanic cannot get ahold of anyone at LKQ with the warranty despite numerous calls into the claims department! Will never deal with LKQ again! Horrible!

    It took two trips to get the part because the first time they didn't have it even though they said they did when I called. At least they had the part the second time though.
