Called 14 places looking for a parts, most didn't help. I called Jasper Jones and spoke with Chad. Even though they didn't have what I was looking for he spent 5 minutes looking around for the parts in other states and price checked them. More than all other 13 companies combined did, great stuff.

Had a good deal and great price on a pair of wheel rims for my 2004 Chrysler/Town & Country Van compared to the rip-off's other dealerships offered, and we're very expensive.

I don't know about the other commenter's experience, but mine was a total opposite. When I called, a fellow named Matt answered the phone, and was the most helpful, friendly person I've ever encountered in the business. When he couldn't assist me with what I needed, he put me in contact with the owner, Steve Hawkins. Steve didn't have what I required, but took my name and part I was searching for, and found me one within a week. As far as I'm concerned, they're a 5-Star operation.

Lesson learned....staying local was definitely not the best choice!!! When you have the VIN and photos, the parts should be correct. Prices are way higher than in Knoxville and in the case of one of the parts, new ended up being $25 cheaper!I was lied to and on....very unprofessional!

I can't believe this. I went out of my way to help this lady. I spent the time to show her how to complete the paperwork for the salvage title process to get the title on this vehicle. We didn't know if she had fog lamps or not. They looked at the parts when they picked them up. She ordered a lower valance from another customer of ours for fog lamps. Then blasted my company on here. WOW!

Just bought a transmission from Matt at Jasper Jones. Was awesome to deal with. I will do business with them again. Installed the transmission, and it was trouble free from the first second.
