Good place found what I needed

Great place just never open when I go was there at 8 this morning like the hours said and was not open so I left and came back an hour later still not open good place need to be more clear on hours

google says your open between 8-5, have drove out at various points in the day over the course of the last few weeks, have tried to call but nobody is there. are they shut down? when they are there, they are nice people and great to deal with! i hope they havent closed

i dunno who runs this place but they do not have any professionalism in the way they treat their customers while i was there they was cursing and when i first got there they was all friendly and trying to help me but after i gave them my money and asked for more help and asked more questions about what i bought they pretty much ignored me. i would not recommend doing business with this place! do not trust them! i was told one price over the phone and they said they had just what i was looking for but it ended up coming with more then what i needed and cost more! these people are auto part con artist!

I've been using them for 3 years. I've been to all the other salvage yards within a 30 mile radius, I won't give my business to anyone else. Helpful, honest and very nice staff!

DO NOT GO HERE, DEFINITELY DO NOT TRY TO CALL BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT ANSWER AT ALL. It's better to go to Rods or Jacks they have a whole lot more stuff and a whole lot cheaper than macks anyway. I wouldn't even give macks a 1 start but I had to.

Macks auto salvage in Morristown tn I wouldn't send someone I don't like there... it's do to worst service ever, never open or at least never answers phone, never returns calls, promised over the phone a 30 day warranty and pencil wiped no refunds on receipt bought a head and didn't even come with everything such as proper cam gear, valve cover, head studs, exc...payed on a Friday cash told to pick it up Monday drive all the way there and they were closed.. so what finally got me I told the woman I shoulda never sent my woman to pick up the part and she replies no you shouldn't have............ didn't even try to be professional with something such as it woulda been the same regardless, basically that told me they get over on women that don't know better and took it to skeens to have head checked come to find out the head is bad so know they don't wanna refund and they don't wanna replace the head with another so if you mess with mack's auto salvage expect a good screwing over and that they are all around scandalous so that was my 1st and last time experience with macks auto salvage

For a woman own the place it's ran just as well if not better than a man owning the place
