Well organized yard that is not muddy. Great place to get the part you want. It has been a couple years since the last visit and to use a wheelbarrow they require your ID which they keep and a refundable $20 deposit now. You dont get your ID back until you put your wheelbarrow back where you got it. That is new... also new is all inside employees are women. Their complete inventory is online with detais such as yard location and many with pictures so you can pre plan your visit. The online prices are a bit misleading. My two parts were $62 but the total was $102 after adding all of the fees and taxes. They add a guarantee fee, a core dee, an environmental fee, and tax all of that and it really adds up to almost double the cost! The staff is very helpful and friendly. This is one of the last few self serve yards. I like that you can set an alert for a vehicle type as they get new ones all the time.

Sold me a 350$ ecu and vvt assembly went back 3 days later because the ecu was faulty, payed with debit card and payed the extra for the warranty. But they refused the return because I didn't keep there receipt, I can see the transaction through my bank, but oh it's too difficult for you to go in there and look up where you recived my money? they want to get back on you for not knowing their "rules". They also constantly tell you a price for somthing and the price doubles once you've pulled it from the vehicle. it's all a system to generate more money. They don't want to do fair and reasonable business.

I still go there once in a while in emergency situation but this is the place I would like to avoid at all cost. First of all they charge too much. And staffs are very rude. They always treat customers like their subordinate and look down on. When you request for taking off the extra charge for the return guarantee which I didn't even ask them to add, they scoff or explicitly express disappointment. Many times they are careless and put purchase markings on the parts on the spot that will be visible when installed. Go somewhere else if possible. There is no reason why you are ripped off and treated with contempt. They reply to these reviews that they will fix things, but for several years NOTHING changed. Stay away!!!

: Misleading Information and Poor Customer Service** I recently went to this store and had a really bad experience. I needed tail lights for my car and the staff told me the ones I bought would fit. They didn’t fit at all. When I tried to return them, they said I couldn’t because I didn’t buy the $15 warranty. The manager told me my only option was to sell them on Facebook Marketplace, even though I spent $65. This whole thing was very frustrating and I feel like they lied to me. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. **Rating: ★☆☆☆☆** ---

Great place to shop. Customers are helpful and the staff is amazing. I have sold my car here and bought parts and they are very reasonable in both pricing areas.

Trying to get a price on a rim and the website doesn't say anything about rims at all. So that's why I call and Their automated machine just says to go to their website and then hangs up on you. I finally get a hold of actual person and they just told me to go to the website also... I will NEVER go to this Literal junkyard

This place is very disorganized for one for two I paid to get a part pulled. Each day they tell me to come back tom part puller not here. Third day, he's still not here and I still don't have a part. Knowone Is trying to assist. Edit: Thank you Bart for your assistance after so many headaches. The positive review is for Bart not the company or the other headaches endured.

Cars are plenty but the prices just keep rising. Fees upon fees when you check out. This used to be my spot to go and got several people to come. With all the fees you can get the same part elsewhere without having to take it off yourself. I now tell everyone to go to Franklin if they want a fair price on a used part. Would not recommend

This business values profit over customer satisfaction. They add 90 day warranties to every part you buy without asking you if you want a warranty. Spent $70 for a 13" rim and tire to use as a spare that came with a $15 dollar 90 day warranty that I'll never use. Save your money and buy elsewhere.

My first time being at LKQ has been a Great experience and good customer service at the front desk where you come to pay a 3$ admission, prices may be a little to high but very reasonable but I have one complaint. I recently tried to sell my car, to a young lady and at first everything seemed ok until she approached me in a inappropriate way, after I told her I was happily married and after I politely declined she started to have a nasty attitude so I decided to leave, I will never sell a car there ever again but I will be coming back to buy new parts.

in terms of a junk yard, it is big, and they have newer cars too. In terms of management and prices they are awful. Staff is really bad, and they don't go through any training or screening. Customer service is terrible. They treat me always now adays with the assumption that I'm a thief and never with respect. I hope someone from LKQ sees this and if they want, I will give further clarification, I will be happy to do that privately too. I'm not sure about the names but I think "Diamond" and the other girl need to be taught how to interact with CUSTOMERS. I used to like this place but unfortunately, I will not go there again, there are many others around!

I do repair a lot of my car using used parts from this junkyard, the people working there were changing a lot in the past but looks that the new management is keeping the people by rewarding them. I was there yesterday Monday, November 6, 2023 and I bought some parts and used tires. Today I found out the the parts do not match my car, so returned them but kept the tires. At the beginning the staff was confused while returning the parts, but after clarification they issued the refund.

Your cashiers have no reason to suck and then be disrespectful. Absolutely none at all. Just because they hate their life does not mean they need to be rude.
- AAlexander Golovin
LKQ is a very low quality parts yard. The first issue is that when you try to call a specific parts yard the number they give you just leads you to the call center. They don't know which parts are still on the vehicle or not. They tell you to just come in person but if you are located 2 hours away you absolutely need confirmation that the part is there. The other awful thing is why would you ever pay $3 just to enter a yard? That seems so crazy to me considering that they may not have the part you want. Overall, a bad company that doesn't put its customers first.

The are so expensive New part on online I find it $108 they sold to me seem the part used $277

I love the girls behind the counter Tina, Antwansia, and Hector were working today the are very knowledgeable and very nice I’m always treated with respect as soon as I work in the door. Only time I ever seen a problem there is with people who steal. And if your a THEIF U DESERVE EVERYTHING U GET, When I was there today there was a customer that was swearing at the girls and giving the girls a hard time and this is not the first time I’ve seen this happen to the girl either and Tina just looked at them and smiled, that smile never leaves her face and I’ve seen some customers call her a few choice words and she always keeps it together..I love the girls and u dummy’s it’s called an environmental fee u act like they can put it on ur bill or take it off its charged to every customer no matter what…

What happened to this place? $51 for a used upper control arm with a joint on it that has little life left, I have to pull myself, and I can get an aftermarket one online for $40.... yea don't go here if your looking to save money cause you won't, also ask for prices before you waste your time taking it off and the $3 to go do it lol. No thanks, wrench and go is still what a junkyard should be price wise.
- TTina Hermann (Teena Marie)
Horrible wouldn’t recommend to anyone I used to work there they don’t care about there employees let alone there customers go ANYWHERE ELSE but here!!!
- NNeal M
I don't mind paying the $3 to get in....I suppose it prevents a lot of people from just loitering in all the time. I had looked on their website prior to arriving to know the position of the cars I was looking for. I found the part I was looking for and removed it. Staff that checked me in and checked me out were really nice. I would definitely go there again to find a part.
- BBrittney
Overpriced and rude employees. $63 for a 99 tahoe passenger mirror. Can buy one on Amazon for 40, and wont have to take one off myself! Online says one price and employees say another. Also, they are not too welcoming for me to even want to spend the 2-3 dollars to walk the lot. Remember you are a junk yard!
- OOh-Boy, That's Fun Entertainment!
Had a very difficult time getting in touch with customer service. Listen to their recordings only to be disconnected every time. Parts listed but no price on the engine assemblys needed. I was able to speak with someone in the buy your car department. What a joke, they offered 250 for a running 2002 town n country with only 1110 miles. I work a car sales and repair business. I will no longer be using LKQ .

Staff is good on average, prices are fair. Best to just go there and take a look around. Inventory online is about 78% accurate so don't take it as gospel. Love how cheap some stuff can be, got a BMW muffler that I'll be able to flip for hundreds once it's cleaned up. Otherwise, had some great finds over the years, and my friends 3 mini trucks wouldn't be on the road without this place. Will stop here before any other lame yard that doesn't let you get you own stuff.
- TTito Rodriguez
Was great be4 now it's way to over priced and with all there extra fees that bring it up even higher in price, your better off going down the block to the other junk yard were they remove the parts for you at a cheaper price. Buying new car parts is cheaper then this place
- JJay Baumgardner
Still a decent and clean pull-it-yourself yard, but prices have skyrocketed in the last year or two. Doesn't make sense to buy used parts when they're only 10-20% less than buying new.
- RRichard “X” Her
I found this location on Google Maps. The first thing I noticed was that you got to pay $3 to get in. I was a bit irritated by that but shrug it off. Once I got to the yard it look like a a typical yard. I saw lots of people getting what they wanted. I actually found my part but it was already broken. Even though I couldn't get my part I went around looking at other cars as well. Overall, it's not too shabby and they have lots of vehicles to choose from. I didn't like the idea of charging people that's all. The line entering is long and checkout beware. I do recommend this location if you are undecided. Thanks for reading my review. Peace ✌️
- RR B
They charge $3 just to walk on the lot. Didn't know that. They tried to charge me about $3 for insurance, i told them to take that off. Also! when I called the price was $13. When checking out it was $18. And on top of all this, the 2 guys who work at the service counter, aren't professional at all. So, minus all of this! my experience including phone conversation was pretty good.
- JJuan Rodriguez
Bad service, too many staff people working on front desk for little service they give you! Prices are ridiculous, window regulator 75 on lkq when at advance auto is 65 brand new!!!!
