Staff is good on average, prices are fair. Best to just go there and take a look around. Inventory online is about 78% accurate so don't take it as gospel.Love how cheap some stuff can be, got a BMW muffler that I'll be able to flip for hundreds once it's cleaned up.Otherwise, had some great finds over the years, and my friends 3 mini trucks wouldn't be on the road without this place. Will stop here before any other lame yard that doesn't let you get you own stuff.

Total chaos. Carcasses with no parts on them -as if they were devoured by wild dogs. Nothing to dismantle and buy; which explains why they charge $3 at the door. It must be their only source of revenue. Should:1. Close.2. Hall away the carcasses.3. Bring in damaged cars with lots of parts on them.4. Give people a chance to get what they need.P.S. My friend simply drives down to Chicago to most of the time, get 90% of the parts he needs from a junk yard down there.

Fiance's car caught fire and went to sell the car to them. First they said they would not buy cars on Saturday in the rudest manner possible but allowed us to leave it in the lot. When we went during the week they said they wouldn't buy it after paying $200+ dollars to tow it there. The front counter staff is extremely unprofessional and rude. The entire operation looks like a store that should go back to the 60's where this type of behavior was the norm.

Robert Perishic sold me used aftermarket parts in very bad condition. Actually he told me before I paid, that this part is very good condition-used original from accident car. I made complaint and the manager promised me to refund my money, but they closed my account, which is almost 10 years old. Absolutely not professional and vindictive. So everyone must to be very careful when dealing with Robert Perishic and LKQ as a whole!

Used to be a great place for car parts a few years back. nowadays I feel is overpriced once you paid the entry fee plus parts it comes to be near or even more than new parts even OEM parts selection isn't too big but not bad can't say I recommend I would suggest looking for quotes first.

My experience with these thieves, first they charge (($3))) fee to get in. Very overprice and when u check out u get charge for a ((warranty ))and a ((core)) plus ((env)) fee what the hek is going on last time i was there the guy was saying if i give my tools he would drop the price in half these is a scam going on

All they are the best I myself have a 02 Town & country Chrysler they have the biggest selection as far as I'm concerned for everything you need for that particular vehicle also have a large selection of foreign and other cars domestic throughout the yard by being self service they take very extreme caution as far as safety vehicles are mounted on rims so that nothing falls and I always feel safe when I go there the guys that work there they are top of the line I will always go to LKQ whenever I need a part for my vehicle I also shop there for other vehicles since I do work on cars for other people it saves them money knowing how expensive things are nowadays LKQ is the best 👍😎👍

We where quoted a price on the phone ( 1800#) cause you can't talk to the actual location and honestly I don't think you want to they where very rude and not helpful. So we removed an entire box to an s10 brought it to the front only to find out the quoted price was half of what they wanted to charge for the part and actually was the same price as buying it new , then they snatched my wife's purse out of her hand to search it , wow very rude obviously found nothing but her belongings .we left the part we pulled mostly out of principle that obviously their is no gauge on what is charged for parts other then whaT the counter person decides , in addition they tried putting 15% tax on the item last time I check wisconsin is 5.6 but I guesse when your scamming people you make the rules , I will be going back to stuertavent auto as they are honest and fair

Rude on the phone charged almost twice the price as was quoted (specific part , year and model) so not sure how that happened but didn’t have a second choice to get what I needed. Very unsatisfied overall

They charge $3 just to walk on the lot. Didn't know that. They tried to charge me about $3 for insurance, i told them to take that off. Also! when I called the price was $13. When checking out it was $18. And on top of all this, the 2 guys who work at the service counter, aren't professional at all. So, minus all of this! my experience including phone conversation was pretty good.
