I went to retrieve my daughter's car. It was an absolutely nasty encounter with a guy named Brian who was extremely rude and cursed at my family and was very unprofessional and had to be relieved by another professional associate. I wish we were in a different setting and I would have taught this uncouth individual some lessons of life experience. I hope this employee is fired and replaced. The owners niece was with us so hopefully this will be resolved.

Great experience. Car broke down at 7 at night. They came and towed it and talked me into trying them for the repair and I did. It was done the next day by 11am! Good price too. I'll be cheating on the place I take my car to and bringing it here in the future.

Great experience,great people will go way out of their way to help if they can. Some of the customers I witnessed first hand we're very rude and way out of line. I understand getting upset if your car gets impounded but it's not marcells or their employees fault they just do a service for the community! If youre car gets impounded I guess you were breaking the law! Abide by the laws and stay off the drugs and alcohol and you're car won't get impounded! I feel bad for marcells employees having to deal with some of the people that walk in that place!!!

Had to help my car get her out of the impound they were very nice but would not bend the rules for one minute had a wheelchair in the back of the car needed to get it out but they would not bend the rules so I could get it out for my friend's son other than that they were fine

Last night was a bad night for Rex so couldn't get my car out till after clothes do do a bit of a running around but once we got past the process of releasing everything else was okay
