Absolutely horrible experience...Paid thousands in "repairs" to simply have a vehicle in my driveway that does not even start.Not professional at all,the place looks like Sanford and sons without LamontI strongly recommend to NOT ever go to any "Jack leg" mechanics in general and they are many of them on Covington Highway including this one.Jack leg mechanics never guarantee their work and they "hit and miss" on work that they are paid to do that is because the vast majority of them are NOT ASE certified so they are simply guessing on the issue that you may have on your vehicle.I have been burned several times before by these so called jack leg mechanics and I will never go through this mess again.Go to a Higher end shop or even the dealership because these "discount hood shops" are not worth your time, especially on a major repair....

Called just to ask if they accept old car parts as donations. Guy who answered said no and said something about whatever they do accept. I replied that I was just interested in disposing old parts properly and asked if he knew of a place to accept them. The jerk just hung up on me.
