    Neal quoted me a price that he would pay for my vehicle. He said he could not pick it up the same day but he would be able to get it early the next morning . I agreed. Well the time frame he said he was going to be at my house passed. Another hour passed. I called him several times but no one answered. He didn't even have the decency to call and say he changed his mind or he couldn't make it. Note the day he said he will get my vehicle was Easter morning. I was surprised he suggested it but I agreed. I will never use Neal again.
