Very friendly and competent employees. However, apparently their POS (Point-of-Sale) system really sucks as person had a hard time processing sale if spark plug paid with gift card.

I've always had a good experience at O'Reilly stores. Today I was away from home and needed a new battery, and of course without tools. Appreciated the extra customer service from Bob who also installed the new battery for me.

Super inexperienced workers. I needed help finding something for my vehicle and I was just told by the guy there I can't tell you from the top of my head. They need more training or know how to use a computer. I feel it's their job to know what the customer needs or atleast TRY to help. Very disappointed in their service. I also felt discriminated because I wasnt helped like the other caucasian people were since I was the only person of color. Terrible experience.

Frequently shop at this location because of convenience.. but went in today to get my check engine light checked. Employee behind counter seemed to not want to check it? Said yeah theres going to be a pretty long wait?? Only one other customer in store? 2 workers that i seen? I figured well ill just wait.. After customer got checked out more came in.. he then decided to help them as i waited.. they then were checking out when more came in.. then he said can i help you to them?? Well ive worked on cars along time to know it only takes 5-10 minutes to connect the odb2 scanner and get results?? Moral of story is when i find what my car needs i wont be shopping for the parts there!! Or even when i need brakes.. fluids.. parts.. ect. I will go out of my way to purchase elsewhere!! I dont recommend this store poor customer experience with loss of sales!

I got a flat tire on my way to Madison last month. I pulled off the highway and stopped at O'Reilly's Auto Parts to inquire about my options. The young man came out and put on the spare tire, saving me much time and frustration. He then directed me to Bentz Auto Repair who was able to patch the tire at a cost of $30! I am so grateful to the employee and for the assistance I received at both businesses. Waupun sure has great people!

It is an auto part store nothing fancy. The same as every other O'Reilly. Sometimes they are cheaper sometimes they cost more. It was clean and well organized. The staff was friendly and slightly knowledgeable. All and all your basic parts store.

What little I know about car maintenance and repair I have pretty much learned the hard way. Most of the time if I can get something done affordably by someone else or if I don't even know how to do it, it's not something I deal with personally. So when my windshield wiper came off a couple of months ago as I was trying to remove a leaf from underneath of it, I couldn't figure out how to get this particular type back on. I went straight to O'Reilly and wasn't sure if I was going to need to replace the wiper, the entire arm, or nothing. The gentleman working came out and took a look at what I was dealing with. He said my wiper was in fine shape, put it back on and the whole visit cost me nothing! That is how you earn customers because I wasn't suckered into buying something I didn't need to purchaseSo I'm editing my rating because I discovered the next time that same wiper fell off, why it was happening. A piece of the wiper, that holds it to the wiper arm mechanism, was actually broken. So instead of examining the wiper blades that had come off they reattached the same one. Initially I was grateful that I was saved money. But because it was broken I would have rather replaced it with a replacement in full working condition as opposed to not being able to drive my car without the drivers side wiper for a week during storms. You can't even go to get replacement parts if you don't have a way to get somewhere.

Was given the wrong serpentine belt foe my truck. Found out after I attempted an install and it was short 5 inches. Wouldn't let me return because a small but of dirt on the edge was classified as significant wear and tear. The belt was never installed because they gave the wrong one and then wouldn't even let me return or exchange it.
