    Reasonable price with shipping included and the condition was "A" as stated, color matched as desired and swap was pretty seamless. Very responsive to all questions and easy to work with. The shipping crate was custom built and amazing, no damage in shipping. The liftgate looks brand new. Wonderful experience and I highly recommend Robertson's to everyone.

    Found this place on car-parts.com. Ordered a transfer case for my bmw over the phone with Troy. Got it the next day! They charged less than half of what I could find it for anywhere else.Got it installed and it works flawlessly. Thanks Troy, you saved me a lot of $$$.

    Would not recommend working with company sold bad transfer case 84k miles. People were very rude and said we don't sell very many transfer case don't have a replacement but now I have to drive 3 hours to return $150 case they act like no big deal that I put it in and have to it out drive all the way back to get my money back they weren't even surprised it was junk. Very disappointed

    Troy is the best as well other team members. I came all the way from Chicago to get transmission for my Suburban and it worth it. Very honest and reliable, they are the best in the business, so far my car runs very well, I have changed trans in July and its November now, have no issue so far. Best in the market, I had always been distrustful for the shops in Chicago but this one is an exception even-though they are not in chicago but I wish they were. Give it a try and you wont be disappointed, trust me👍
