I called yesterday to check how much they would offer for my SUV, he was polite and ready to make a deal but I wasn't quite ready to commit. After a few more calls I realized they were offering the best pricing around nwi. I called back today for pick up with the expectation of waiting around the house all day for them, not the case at all. Within 30 minutes of me calling he was here and so polite. He was even kind enough to acknowledge my young child I had outside with us. Took a look under my SUV and loaded it up. Shook my hand when the deal was done and off he went. 5 stars aren't even enough. I will work with Roggie's exclusively from now on.

Boy, do they even exist? I call this company. They tell me they will pick it up the next day and we schedule at 2 (which is understandable, I called a 5pm). The time comes and no one comes. I call twice and I get sent to voice mail. Man tells me to text him to which I did. No response.

Fantastic service! I’m an Indianapolis resident who was visiting Chicago when my car unfortunately broke down on I-94. After finding out the engine was dead, I called Roggie for an appraisal. He offered me an incredibly fair price for my car and picked it up from the repair shop where I had it originally towed. I hope my ordeal doesn’t happen again, but if you’re local to NW Indiana, I cannot recommend Roggie enough!

Straight forward, good pricing, and good communication. I had sent all my old cars to a local place. One of my cousin’s told me to call around and he offered a great deal here. Other places I called for pricing started calling me harassing me asking if I still had the car and telling me they wanted it even after I told them I would call them if I chose their establishment. No weird vibes from this place. Dealing with him was relaxed and comfortable. My husband met him when he came, and said he was pleased as well. It is sad to realize the the old place I used to junk my cars with was ripping me off, but I am very glad I found this place. I highly recommend!

Best choice I made calling this company! He charged nothing to come get my car out the pound for scrap, and gave me more than what other companies would have given me. My car was completely totaled. He's also very generous, as I had left my title in the car with the person that dropped me off at the yard. He left to handle his business, but he came right back for me, as soon as I called him and said I got my title. This company is locked in for future use!

Called around for a good price on a truck I had sitting for a couple years since my dad got cancer. The first place I called was Cash for Cars NWI.Very unprofessional company !! Told me to text him and wouldnt answer my call. They said they would be right out same day. Never called me to say they wasn’t coming. 3 days of this I was fed up ! Callers beware don’t deal with an unprofessional company like them. CALL ROGGIES !!! Very professional, very kind and pleasant to deal with. I just want to say THANK YOU! This was my first time junking a car and I couldn’t have asked for a more easy/efficient experience! I called yesterday, gave me a quote over the phone that included a free tow. We set the appointment up for today at 4:30pm and he was even early by 15 mins! Checked out the car quickly, got my title, and paid me in cash within 15 mins of arriving. I highly recommend Roggie’s Auto if you need to junk your car! I’ll keep them in mind for the future.
