I called to inquire about salvage parts, the response I received was "we dont sell parts" click. Without even trying to help a potential customer I was hung up on. I leave one star, and he calls me back to asy why. Customer service, not a strong suit here.

Called to inquire about a part but was told "don't sell parts" and then click. Maybe just maybe should have a website or advertise on Google search that they don't sell parts. Ignorance of not knowing what your business does when searching for a salvage that sells parts is no excuse for being rude. Would never use then if I had a vehicle to salvage. Good day sir

Terrible customer service. They don't have anything to do with car salvage. Or car parts.. just crushing cars.and thay cant even do that right.
