This is not a towing service or a service of any kind. Not only was Dallas rude and cowardly in changing his mind on a jump start Goodsam assured me they were paying him for (they volunteered that information), but when he finally came out on a SCHEDULED jump start he was late and had to call to have the map read to him. Then I watched as he went down every wrong street in this rural neighborhood before arriving without the necessary equipment to do the job. Although the job was eventually completed no apologies were given, no eye contact and no stopping of calling me BOSS EVEN WHEN DIRECTED TO STOP.<br>I should have walked the highway with my cables the first day rather than count on thos clod for anything. I suggest everyone else do the same.
