Never pick up the phone. Calling in the middle of the day on a weekday, and it just rings until disconnecting, over and over. *Update: after reaching someone, was referred to a guy with a tow truck. Scheduled a date for pickup of vehicle, however, on that date, guy was NCNS and stopped responding to calls/texts.
