I have been goin to pick-n-pull in Lakewood and Tumwater for years. Their website is easy to use, prices are fair, and the staff are great people. I don't have anything to complain about.

I had a disappointing experience with Joe. He came across as rude and unprofessional, especially after I respectfully corrected a mistake he made. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he seemed to take it personally and changed his attitude toward me. What made it worse was that this behavior happened in front of his manager, yet he acted as if he owned the place. I believe customer service should remain respectful and professional regardless of disagreements.

Had a great experience selling my car to pick-n-pull. They communicated when they were on their way, very professional and friendly when they arrived. I just had to provide keys and title and they gave me a cashiers check. Pick up was free (for me) I was very pleased to have such a smooth transaction. Thank you.
