Called during rush hour from across the Narrows Bridge and they were quick and polite. Not only were the prices honest (for the circumstances), but the provided trip log showed that the driver made every effort to make the trip as short as possible. Overall best possible service from a tow company. If you're stuck, call them for at least that!

We contacted this towing company to tow one of our vans back to our station and were told the rate would be $240 per hour and that the tow would take approximately one hour. Not only did they end up charging us for two hours, but they also incorrectly charged our card $5,443 instead of the quoted amount. Although the charge was eventually voided, we are now facing a 10 day delay before the funds are returned to our account. Having that amount of money tied up due to their error has caused a serious inconvenience to our business operations. Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism shown in this situation.
