I had a unfortunate situation with a ball joint separating while driving. The location was not ideal being 200 yards from Hokinson H.S. I called them, and with in 20 minutes Jon arrived. He was super efficient (like Six Sigma style) which i appreciated. The ride home was super chill sparked with great conversation. Great Company extremely concise in the way they mobilize.

These people are absolute vultures. I literally just bought a car in Salem and drove it to Vancouver and the slave cylinder when out. With it parked IN FRONT OF MY HOME I had it on jackstands, working on it. The very next morning they came and stole my vehicle. STOLE my vehicle. I just paid for the vehicle 2 days prior... Didn't even have a chance to make it to DMV... and now I can't get my car out of their impound lot because I just spent all the money I had to buy it. This is downright criminal. Seriously.
