I was totally expecting scrapping my car to be a headache, but it ended up being super easy. Rick picked up the phone on a Saturday, was friendly and professional, and provided excellent customer service. The whole process—from call to cash—took about 90 minutes. He gave me a fair price for my dead hooptie (RIP) and even covered the tow. Thank you!

They're very good. Exceptional customer service and follow through. Rick and I had multiple conversations and he always returned my calls. Rick came out and looked at my vehicle and offered a fair price -- not quite what I was hoping, but it is a 20 year old car with over 200,000 miles on it. Rick walked me through the paperwork at AZ MVD online and even waited with me while I got them on the telephone to ask additional questions. This was an overall great experience and I highly recommend this service if you have no hope of trading in your vehicle or selling it.
