Donna and I want to sincerely thank E.Z. Towing, especially Morris (the owner) and George (the driver), for their incredible help near Willow Springs Raceway. We were stuck in the desert, and they came out to pull us free — at no charge. What stood out even more was their generosity in helping several other stranded drivers that night, all while managing their own tow truck. Their professionalism, kindness, and dedication turned a stressful situation into one of relief and gratitude. It’s rare to find a company that puts people first the way E.Z. Towing did. I'm a little late on this. But on 11/28 day after Thanksgiving, I needed my brother's car towed to sun devil to get fixed. My brother was out of town and left me to get it done. When E-Z towing called me to tell me they were on their way, I informed them I was not nearby. I was in Buckeye for my son's practice. They were very understanding and said to give them a call when I was close by and ready and they would send someone out. I called them when I was 5 minutes out and as I was arriving to my brother's home they were pulling up as well. The two gentlemen that towed the car were very understanding to my needs. Very professional. One of them I think was still in training but you couldn't tell he was the rookie. He got the car ready and put it in the truck, while the other gentleman and I conversated of what was wrong with the car, etc so they could make sun devil aware. Both were amazing and very professional, thank you!
