Cody was a huge help and was patient with our job. We got locked out of the alley the vehicle was in, and waited for us. Eventually during the job when I was guiding him to the destination I was rear ended and Cody quickly took pictures of the incident to help me with the hit and run. Huge help and on top of all that he got the job done right and well. Below are the photos he took

Chappelle’s was fast and Cody was professional and friendly. My truck was loaded and on its way promptly. I really appreciated that Cody texted me a photo after dropping off the truck at the shop.

Yesterday I had to have my Toyota Camry towed from a Shopping Center in Vancouver, WA to my home about 1 mile away. I called Chappelle's to arrange for a tow, and Cody was the tow truck operator who responded to my request for assistance. Cody got in touch with me a few minutes after I called, and we set up a time to meet, and everything went like clockwork. Cody was polite and professional, and went out of his way to keep me informed of everything that he was doing when hooking up my car to his tow truck. Cody's customer service skills were outstanding, and he made sure that he handled everything the way I wanted. I will definitely recommend Chappelle's to friends and family.
