I just got off the phone with one of your reps — I believe his name was Michael — and the experience was straight-up disappointing. He was short with me, kept cutting me off, and wasn't actually listening to what I was trying to explain. The moment we wrapped up the call, I could clearly hear him in the background cursing about me. Super unprofessional. Definitely not the kind of customer service I expected.
