Horrible company not professional truck was towed from police department was stored there for 30 days. Finally got my truck out and there was damage from their tow yard. They were going to give me the tow yard fees back from the damage that was done, but I didn’t accept took the truck in to get estimates it would cost anywhere from 5K to 7K in repairs. Just wanted my truck fixed, but now they’re screwing me out of getting my truck fixed now there saying they have nothing to do with it. After finding out what it was going to cost. Really crappy people there. I got a recording of the lady that works there telling me to go get estimates. I’ll keep you guys updated if they ever get my truck repaired. But I have a feeling there not.

The Shawn/Sean is a horrible person! When I first got there. He was screaming at another companys tow Truck driver. He didn't like where he was parked so he screams at him to get out, get off my property, taking his camera and jumping up and down on the sidewalk, outside taking a video and screaming. I'm like who is this whack job, then I had to deal with him, after losing my car to a fire and all my contents . I was very upset in crying, he no empathy, screamed at me and was so rude, I really think Apache Junction police should find a new company to deal with, I went next door to napa to buy a phone charger.Because my phone was dead, the gentleman that worked there told me what horrible people that worked at Phoenix metro and how horrible they treated people on a daily basis! This guy, Sean is on some kind of power trip. And has no business working with the public!

A friend of mine, traveling in her personal vehicle on vacation tragically had an electrical issue and her vehicle engulfed in flames. This company was called and didn't treat her with any respect, patience or sympathy in a very stressful situation. She lost everything she and her friend lost everything physically that you need to travel 2k miles from home and the attitude of the tow driver was FAR what is stated on your webpage. I'm fact, he screamed at her and others. ??
