Got a flat tire on I-10 at night and in cold weather. After submitting my roadside claim, within minutes Brandon called me. He verified my location and told me he would be there sooner than stated on my app. He arrived promptly and was able to change my tire quickly and efficiently. He made sure my spare was safe to drive with. He took the time to air up my spare and stood in the cold weather to insure everything was safe before we got back on the road. Brandon was kind, helpful and informative. My family and I were very appreciative of his help. Thanks to Brandon’s knowledge and experience, we were able to get home safely.

This was a first for us having to have our SUV towed. The tow consisted of picking it up in Superior, towing it to Mesa for repairs. We were extremely leary but the young man that came out was great. Very friendly, took good care of our SUV loading it. And genuinely cared about doing a good job. I can, would and will recommend Hughes Towing. Just wish I had gotten the young man's name.
