Today is Mothers day, my husband locked his keys in his trunk at Safeway along with his phone. Another kind patron called me to let me know. We have roadside assistance but they did not inform her it was a Toyota Camry and it was the keys in trunk. She was amazing she even had to go back to shop for proper tools due to insurance not giving her proper information. You were amazing, kind, understanding and determined to get the job done. Cant thank you enough

Awesome! LeighAnn came and got my uncle's car that was stuck WAAAAAYYYY back in the garage. Didn't damage anything in the garage or the car, then got it down to Road Runner Auto for us! Whole thing took about 30 minutes, and she did it SAME DAY! Loved the pink tow truck!!

My car was in there possession for 1 hour and they charged me for 2 days! And also charged me milage for 5 miles when it was only 2.4 miles to their yard from where it was picked up. And then there is some random $95 charge for absolutely nothing as well. I will be seeing you guys in court. Do not use this company! They are scamming everyone!! It's pathetic. And let me be clear I am speaking on the towing aspect of the business. I cannot say anything about their autbody work as I have not seen any. But do NOT use them for a tow!!
