A very positive experience. Dennis Parsons the Service Advisor is knowledgeable and personable. Our F-150's repair and service maintenance were completed sooner than promised. That's great service!! Above all, it's running much smoother, has more pep, and my oil leak is "gone!" My husband & I are ecstatic!!!

I recently had my truck serviced at AAA Auto Repair and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From start to finish, Joe was professional, courteous, and transparent about the work being done. He took the time to explain the repairs clearly, provided an accurate estimate, and delivered exactly as promised – no surprises. The shop is clean, organized, and well run, giving me confidence that my vehicle was in good hands. What stood out most was their honesty and attention to detail; they addressed what truly needed fixing instead of up selling unnecessary services. My truck now runs fantastic and I left feeling valued as a customer. It’s rare to find an auto repair shop you can truly trust, but AAA Auto Repair has earned that trust. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality automotive repair services.

Basically, my issue with the service at AAA comes down to (1) I went in for a pre-trip inspection, the technician apparently saw that the engine light was on and there was an alert, but I wasn't informed; (2) my car left with a brand new issue; (3) the service advisor and technician were dismissive and vague. Details: I took my car in for a free pre-trip inspection a couple of days before planning to drive out of state for Christmas. I hadn't had any issues with the car, but wanted to make sure everything was in good condition so there was less of a chance of breaking down and messing up our holiday plans. I parked, went into the lobby, was told it'd be about 20 minutes, so to make myself comfortable. The guys at the front desk were friendly and everything was clean. It wasn't long until the service advisor brought my keys back and said they'd topped off the fluids. It felt a little vague, so I asked if everything was good, and he gave another weird answer (something like "for a pre-trip inspection, yeah"). I thanked them and went out to my car, started it, and my engine light was on with an alert about the shifting system. I turned the car off and back on, hoping it was a weird fluke because I hadn't had any alerts before, but when it came on the third time, I went back in. The technician who must have been the one to work on my car was in there, so he jumped in as I was explaining and said the alert went off for him too, which he told the service advisor, and then that guy said he figured I already knew about it. The technician told me it was an issue I needed to go to the dealership to have fixed, and the service advisor insisted it'd be under warranty (it wasn't). I was feeling flustered and a bit irritated, so I just went back to my car, drove it into another parking lot and called the dealer to see if they could get me in before our trip (they did). I just don't understand what sort of pre-trip inspection doesn't include telling the owner that the engine light is on. I wish I was given some sort of report or print out of what parts they checked (not just told "belts") and what specific fluids were added. Thankfully the dealership was able to take care of me.
