I've had to get a fair amount of tows, driving an older vehicle. This one really impressed me. Sal showed up in a record amount of time, and was courteous, friendly, and every inch the professional. It was a long tow and there was plenty of time to chat, and the more he told me about the company, the more impressed I was. It sounds like a true team environment where everyone is supported and empowered towards knowledge & confidence in what they do. No wonder they're the #1 choice of AAA in the region! Also there was never any pressure to leave a good review (not even mentioned), and he didn't even want to accept a tip. Tells you what kind of company you're dealing with when all the focus is on doing the work efficiently & correctly instead of posturing for more business. These guys are legit.

Absolutely amazing customer service over the phone with Chris who was an absolute godsend for walking me through location sharing and coordinates so the driver could find me. Getting towed is never a pleasure, but, if you gotta get towed, i cannot imagine calling anyone else. Talk about fast arrival!! SALVATORE, you have the best personality for dealing with customers, your happy demeanor and calming words meant a lot to me, you were so professional, well-groomed and so thorough with attaching, winching and securing my van atop your flatbed, i appreciate you!
