We have used them 2 times to tow our fleet vehicles. I was very impressed, both times! At first, he asked me to text the info, and I thought maybe he wouldn't get back to me, but after, he replied immediately with a time, that was within an hour, and then sent me pics of the vehicle on the truck, and then where it was dropped off! I called Jax towing at the recommendation of a friend, not only did he arrive right on time, Jerry was courteous and professional, as well as bilingual in Spanish and English! Very competitive prices, he easily provided a more caring experience than other, bigger companies I have used in the past. He was very careful with my vehicle as well as offering a calm demeanor to deescalate my stress level from my situation, my tow was totally smooth and uneventful. Riding in the truck with Jerry was easy due to the fact that it was CLEAN. I will absolutely use Jax towing in the future, should the need arise, and will recommend him to my family and friends!
