I recently purchased a windshield wiper that ended up flying off, and I went back to the store a few months later and told them what happened and they went and figured that it had not been locked down and Betzy, the manager was so gracious and gave the best customer service and replaced the wiper for me. We are senior citizens, and that kindness really helped our budget. We have always shopped AutoZone, but really appreciate their great customer service!!! thank you, AutoZone and thank you Betzy for taking such good care of your customers. You just made very loyal customers for life!

I had the pleasure of meeting Betzey this morning. My car was giving me trouble to start, but I already knew the battery was going dead, so I went straight to this Auto Zone and so happy I did. After spending a few minutes looking on the tool isle, I politely asked the woman up front if she knew where this tool was. She showed no interest in helping me at all. I don't mind paying for the more expensive pliers, but if I don't have to spend 10 additional dollars for something I need 1 time, I'm not. Either way, I politely asked for help, if your store does have it in stock, please politely do your job, check, and just tell me you don't have it in stock.
