I called ahead for a replacement lens / backing for my phone. It was held till I got there , all 3 workers worked together to get the transaction done ASAP. highly recommend very busy store, things seem to run very smooth.

Went in to recycle some 18650 lithium ion batteries. Was asked to specify if they were vape batteries, and if so they can't be taken. An 18650 is also used for many appliances and there is no indication on the website that outlines this. It really seems like the man just didn't want to help me. That or he has no knowledge on lithium ion batteries, which is shocking considering he works at a place called battery plus. Didn't even offer me an alternative. Do better ya'll.

Horrible and rude customer service. I didn’t catch the name of the sales rep that helped me but she was extremely abrupt and when I went to pay, she started helping another customer half way through the transaction. She never even thanked me. Basically handed me my receipt while she was completely focused on the other customer. I won’t ever becoming here again. Amazon is much cheaper and better customer service.
