North County Towing showed up while I was still waiting for AAA. Kelly was outstanding from texting me to securing my Harley Davidson for the tow to the shop. Definitely would recommend North County Towing!

Had my work vehicle towed by this company. Have damage done to my truck you can tell where they parked it they hit the pole. Then just pulled it forward and set it down. There are cameras at the shop they dropped it off at, but of course it was too late. The cameras have relapsed so I get to watch the morning of the next day. They didn't capture them dropping it off but I have every day of them working on it until I picked it up and they were not even close to hitting the pole. They should've just told me they hit it in first place. There is no way the driver did not know he didn't hit the pole too much damage. we would've took care of it easy. Terrible company will never do business with them again. Whoever Doug Is won't even call me. Just keeps emailing me back not enough evidence. Bad company! Yes it was a few days later I found the damage. The trans. Went out can't move truck. It took them a few days to do repairs. But the cameras show all the work the shop did to my truck. The next morning you can see my truck before the shop started to work on it. You can see the marks from my truck hitting the pole. Later that day they jacked up my truck a did the trans work I can watch all the work the repair shop did. So it happened before the shop started to work on it. The truck is heavy no way to move it they did the repairs where it was parked. The shop showed Doug the marks on the pole where the truck hit it. So I think there is plenty of evidence. When we go to court over this I will post what the response is win or lose. Then I will tell you how to process a court action because this is all new to me. So I will help ppl out. Lots of bad review here. We will see if there is enough evidence I took video of all the times the truck was moved from the repair shop. So it happened before they started working on it.
