Earl was amazing! Got me exactly where I needed to be yesterday! I had to get my car to the dealership at 9:20am and he had me and dropped off and my car unloaded by 9:10am! Very fast, efficient and friendly along with great rates! And it’s nice to be able to help support a local business! If I get into another instance where I need a tow again (really hoping I don’t) I will feel very secure using 7 lakes towing again!

Had my car totaled and stuck disassembled at the repair shop. They responded quickly and professionally and were at the repair shop in no time. Then the repair shop decided to hold the car waiting to make sure the payments for the work were covered by the insurance. Earl took the hold up in stride and was able to get back just as quick once the insurance company payments were approved. 5 stars for sure. My new default towing company.

Didn't actually end up getting a tow from here, but I was extremely grateful that Earl recommended another provider that better suited my needs (small car, so the flatbed was overkill.) It was really kind Earl to give us the recommendation instead of charging us a lot more for a more intensive service that we didn't need, much more than most people would have done. Thanks, Earl!
