I went to Chavez for the first time at the recommendation of my in-laws, and I’m so glad that I did! They were responsive, able to take my car quickly, and provided a very fair and transparent quote. Alongside the quote was a detailed inspection report that included urgent issues, issues to be aware of for the near future, and what passed inspection. Once I approved the quote, my vehicle was ready within hours. Chavez has my business, and they should have yours, too.

What a fantastic shop. We have been searching for a good mechanic and have finally found one. They were so nice and helpful. We had replaced my son‘s starter elsewhere and it was acting up so my son took his car in there and they were able to see a wire was touching the solenoid and so they fixed it right there on the spot and said no charge. Then we had to go back a couple days later because my son needed other things fixed on his vehicle. They were able to get us in get those things fixed for a very reasonable price. The job was done well. We Will definitely be going here from now! Highly recommend Chavez Automotive!

Took my truck in several times to have work done by this business, at first they came out like good people that were trying to help me. But honestly that is not the case at all, had my truck taken in to have my fuel pump replaced, and my check engine light was on. Ever since I took my truck too get fixed, it hasn't been on the road since. The shop owner refused to answer the phones after trying to contact them a month straight, left several messages and never received a call back. First time I took my truck in I drove it there, second time I had to have it towed to the same shop. Third time I had to personally show up with my vehicle to get answers. Lied said the phone had been down a month that why he wasnt answering or returning phone calls. He told me my truck was in good working order now and barely picked up my truck 2 days ago and in the message he says if truck continues with the same problem take it else where. The only thing he did was delete the codes and sent my truck back to me. Check engine light back on and its still doing the same problems when I first took it in. Don't bother business with this company thank you. REPLYING TO YOUR COMMENT BELOW Funny everytime I took my truck in you charge me 120 to get it back. You are the only one that had touched my truck since i first brought it to your shop. You have a bunch of guys that work there that dont even know what they are doing. Ever since my truck left your shop it hasn't ran properly. So say what you want, we both know who's saying the truth here. I also told you the truck was running rough when we left your shop and didn't even answer the phone for a whole month until we showed up. Your a piece of work and I hope you business fails tremendously.
