Just total honesty here. I don’t recommend buying here because there are some major red flags. However, I did place an order on 7/25 and received it on 8/5. Seems like the business is built around “drop-shipping” which is totally fine. But the customer service phone number isn’t active, the live chat isn’t available, and the email response I experienced was slow. I won’t say I think this website is a total scam, but I wouldn’t purchase through them again.

Super disappointing. Ordered an expensive part. Arrived broken. Won't process the return. Won't return calls or emails. I am surprised. Seems like the reviews on Google are mostly not real. Buyer beware. And if they reach out to this review to make things right, I'll update it. So far, seems very dishonest and scammy.

I received my order for 3 -30" drip caps , and UPS had crushed the box almost completely flat as shown by photos. The drips caps were also damaged-one was so bad,I could hardly get it out of the box. I'd like to return them for a refund please. I've attached 4 photos to show the damage UPS did to the package. This wasn't Sky High RV Parts fault- they packaged them properly. UPS is at fault here.
