Was recommended this company by Jake from Freedom Towing as their flat bed tow truck didn’t suit my situation with my wheel crooked the way it was. John from Custom Towing got me home and gave top tier customer service, I was pretty dang surprised. Super great guy. I really appreciate Jake for recommending them as well. Awesome job thank you guys.

I would give them negative stars if that was a possibility. Almost got into a deadly accident because of one of their drivers ran a red light and their secretary did not care to even hear my complaint. I recommend nobody ever uses a service and it goes out of business and fails miserably you almost killed me in my child. PS I didn’t harass anyone. I called once to report the incident and was treated rudely by the person answering the phone. I did a follow up phone to make sure customer towing was reported to WSP, VPD and the Clark county sheriffs office.Then again I was treated disrespectfully and hung up on for the second time because I’m worried about my life and a young child’s life.

They were super fast and friendly. The operator was so sweet with me and my inability to give her great directions to where I was and my driver joked around with me and was super nice. I will definitely use them again
