In a store parking lot my pickup would not start. Called Junior & Sons to haul it to the local (8 miles) Ford dealership. Their office communication with me during the process was superb and the hauler driver and his assistant were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and quick. It was after hours and on a weekend (of course) so they volunteered to drop my pickup and keys at the dealer and save me a trip - said they did it all the time. Great service, highly recommended.

The service was lovely and the people were nice but I got charged a towing fee and they didn't even hook up my car. I got a flat and had them write up an estimate for the tow fee. They ended up sending a guy out but when he arrived he just patched my tire for me and put it back on the car. He didn’t hook up my car or tow it anywhere and I still had to pay the towing fees.

I needed a tow for my car - home to dealership, total 9 miles. This was the closest to my home. Called for an estimate and to schedule. Was quoted $385. Ended up with another tow company who quoted $168 - less than half. When the other guy came, he jumped my battery and said it wouldn't need the tow. Charged me $65 for the service call. Call around and get estimates.
