I was having car troubles and was stuck in SeaTac. Hometown came through and got my car and took it to a shop I needed it to go to. The guy was super nice and quick. Definitely affordable compared to others out there.

Keaton was amazing! My car was hit in a parking lot and insurance dispatched Keaton to me to tow my car. He made it during a high traffic area to me in less than 40 minutes from me getting off the phone with my insurance company. He called to let me know he was on his way and communicated clearly. He towed my car to the yard since no shops were open and I didn’t know who I’d be using yet. The following morning he was very responsive and prompt when I reached out to provide a release and then when the insurance company needed to set up a tow to the body shop. Keaton was compassionate, respectful, helpful and made a high stress situation the best it could possibly be. I’d recommend hometown towing hands down to family and friends and if ever I need a tow again, they’ve got a return customer! Thank you for coming to the rescue Keaton!
